Duracraft Winston Cottage

The house started as a Duracraft "Country Dream Collection" kit, manufactured in Newberg, Oregon. This house is no longer in production. It is made from high-quality 3/8" MDF. It measures 19 in. by 15 in. by 24 in. high.

This cute little cottage is ideally suited for small places. Its footprint is less than two square feet, and yet it has the look and feel of a much larger doll house.

This house is finished in a palette of pastels. The milled clapboard siding is painted a pale Peony Pink. Lilac and turquoise are the main accent colors on exterior trim and windows. The door, porch and gables are painted Roseberry. The real split shingles on the roof are a soft green.

This house has two large rooms, finished in wood paneling and flooring in a dark walnut finish, with wallpaper coordinated to match the exterior pastels. The main room is adorned with beautiful custom-made wainscoting and fireplace. Crown moulding and base is used throughout.

The house is electrified and includes two ceiling fixtures on the main floor and outlets on the second floor.
