Duracraft Newport Cape House

Nonnie's Dollhouses presents the Duracraft Newport Cape Colonial Dollhouse. The house started as a Duracraft "Country Dream Collection" kit, manufactured in Newberg, Oregon. This house is no longer in production. It is made from high-quality 3/8" MDF. It measures 28 in. by 17 in. by 22 in. high.

This authentic cape colonial is true to the architectural era that inspired its design. The decorative rock front wall and triple, front facing gables are unmistakably American. The large twin silk-screened windows with arched mullions add elegance and grace to this charming doll house.   Silk screened working windows, a working door, staircase, and realistic architectural details.


The milled clapboard siding is painted French Vanilla. Colonial Blue is the main accent color on exterior trim, windows and door. A custom made stone chimney matches the foundation.

This house has five rooms. Three of the rooms are finished in real wood flooring in a light oak tone to complement the open floor plan.

The main room is adorned with a beautiful custom-made fireplace that matches the stone foundation.

Custom crown moulding and base is used throughout. The staircase is custom made, as is the wainscoting in the kitchen.
Coordinating wallpaper is used throughout in complementary colors.
