Finish Levels

Basic Finish - Our dollhouses are finished and ready for you to decorate.  This includes three coats of exterior paint,  roof shingles (if applicable), windows and doors, exterior trim. 

Super Finish - This is the standard for our Finished dollhouses.  It includes everything in the Basic Finish Level plus: we will decorate all rooms, to include coordinated wallpaper, hardwood or tile flooring, baseboard and crown molding.

Extra Finish - We will electrify your house, and include light fixtures and outlets.  Price according to the house, but usually around 20% of the finished price.  Please call or email for estimate.
